trying to conceive question…?
I’m not sure if I am feeling hopeful or if this could be some way early signs to pregnancy. I had sex a week ago today which was 2 days away from my possible peak ovulation day. Starting last Thursday I started feeling like burning or gas like pains in my abdominal area and have been extremely gassy. I’m about 9 days away from when my period should come next and I’m wondering if these feelings I am having could be early signs and when is the absolute earliest I can take a test to know for sure? The reason why I am so eager to know is because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and take Celebrex everyday and was told AS SOON as I know I am I have to stop the medicine immeditaley and go to other resources. Anyone’s insight would greatly help!!

I would wait a couple of more days and take an early response test. Hopefully you can tell by then. If you are worried, stop the celebrex for a week or two until you know for sure. Those could be pregnancy symptoms, but it is hard to tell this soon. Good luck hun!
Some tests claim to be able to detect the pregnancy hormone 6 days before your missed period, but they also state that only 62% of pregnant women who use them on this day will get the proper pregnant result. My advise would be to go out and buy a twin pack…test once afew days before your period. If that is positive, GREAT, and get on to the dr asap…if not, try and be patient…i know its extra hard with your condition, but you’ll only end up wasting money on test after test. Take the other test the day after your period was due, assuming it fails to show…and see where you go from there.
