Ok so I am a 15 year old male and I’m very active
I was in karate for 8 years and we did a lot of horse stances, punches, deep squats, push ups, and such.
I paintball a lot and have to crouch, however sometimes i cannot get back up after i crouch leading to getting the shit shot out of me -.-
When I crouch my knees make very loud popping noises from the joints which relieves some pain but then i have the inability to get back up.

please, if you have any experience with rheumatoid arthritis let me know? I am a 20 year old female, i went to the doctor last week because i was experience pain and swelling in my fingers, along with lumps above a couple of my knuckles, sort of like spider bites i thought? the doctor guessed arthritis and prescribed me Etodolac, which i didnt fill b/c i didnt think i have arthritis since i’m only 20…he then drew blood for testing. the tests came back today and he says they are “borderline” for rheumatoid arthritis….what does this mean for my life? am i going to be crippled, or on medication forever? what if i want to have kids? i heard the medications such as Methotrexate are very rough on the body and have many side effects. (i work at a pharmacy)…. is there anything i can do to stop this?

my girlfriend (she’s 13 years old) was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis about a year ago. but she can’t afford health care because her biological father quit his job. its fairly severe and she takes medication but hasn’t yet undergone any serious physical therapy. she’s developing nodules.
i was hoping someone could tell me what i, she, her family, or anyone can do to help her and let her keep her full range of motion. she plays 5 instruments and music is her life. it would kill her if she couldn’t play because of it… any advice would be appreciated. thanks in advance

I am 21 years young and was diagnosed with RA in both of my knees about two years ago. It really is only set off by changes in temperature, but it is absolutely unbearable during the winter time. Are there any drugs proven to relieve the inflammation, or even help with the pain? These are the best years of my life (or so I’m told) and I don’t want to spend them worrying about whether I will be physically able to do certain things from day-to-day. Also, the pain is just about the worst thing I have ever felt and it makes me really angry that my bedroom is on the second floor of our home. Can anyone help?

just to start, I did make an appointment to see a dr, just wanted to ask here as well. I am 27 years old and for the last year or so I have been having uncomfortable pains throughout my legs but really localized to my right knee. If I sit even for a few minutes the pain will radiate to the rest of my leg. I may get relief if I extend my leg bc its worse if my leg is bent. It hurts to get up from a sitting position, and going up and down stairs. I do get some pulsating aches in my hands and sometimes feet. I have done some research and it could range from gout, lymes, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus???? my apt with the dr isnt for another 3 weeks. I know i let it go for so long, but now it really bothers me. I am only 27 years old! There is no family history that I know of with these complaints
