I might suggest you get an annual physical exam from your MD, mention your findings to the MD, and inquire whether a lab test known as an ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) might show inflammation even though you can&#039;t feel pain or see the inflammation.  The MD might also wish to order a test for Rheumatoid Factor.</description>
