Can rheumatoid arthritis affect the brain?

I’ve had RA since 1990 and have experienced just about all symptoms including lung nodules, but recently I had a few mini-strokes. Could this be the RA affecting my brain?

Sadly autoimmune diseases seem to clump together. I have several myself, but not RA, so can not tell you there, but I’d strongly advise that you be tested for other disorders that may have caused the TIA’s
I am giving a link to known clotting disorders. I have one of these and my mother a different one, so I’ve become fairly well versed in clots.
